Does your child need a sports physical, well check-up, or
sick visit? The Cox Care Mobile will be here on Thursday, November 5,
2015 and can provide these services for your child (ages birth to 18 years).
Vaccines might be available for those who qualify. Please call your
school nurse to schedule an appointment and to receive the necessary
paperwork. Thank you!
